Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Who this covers: Belle Window Cleaning Inc. (“Belle Window Cleaning”), doing business as Belle Services, and its related operating companies, Belle Windows and Doors Inc. and Belle Pools LLC. Belle Window Cleaning Inc. owns Belle Windows and Doors Inc. and Belle Pools LLC.

This policy applies to Belle’s Texas-focused website, request forms, phone and text interactions, and related service-request intake. It does not replace a service agreement, estimate, recurring-service agreement, payment authorization, warranty, or other contract.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email, service address or city, service selected, requested timing, notes you choose to provide, and the consent record associated with your request.

We also collect limited first-party website information such as page path, landing/referring page, session identifier, page and button interactions, phone-link clicks, form starts, form abandonment, successful submissions, and marketing values such as UTM parameters and Google click identifiers when present.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the public form.

How we use information

  • Respond to requests and communicate about service scope, estimates, access, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Maintain service, safety, accounting, operational, consent, and dispute records.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, and security incidents.
  • Measure website and marketing performance using limited first-party events.
  • Improve service operations, accessibility, content, and customer flow.
  • Use authorized reporting across Belle entities where the notice, consent, contracts, and applicable law permit it.

A website request does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee availability, price, timing, or service outcome.

Future use and data classification

Belle may use information in the future for service analysis, customer relationship management, marketing measurement, business planning, quality improvement, and reporting across the related Belle entities, subject to this policy, consent, contracts, and applicable law.

  • Identified data: name, phone, email, address, notes, consent, and service history.
  • Pseudonymous data: session IDs, event IDs, attribution IDs, or hashes that may still be linked back to a person. This is not automatically anonymous.
  • Aggregate data: generalized reports where an individual or small household cannot reasonably be singled out.
  • De-identified data: data processed to reduce direct and indirect identification risk, with controls that prohibit improper re-identification.

Belle may link a pseudonymous event to a voluntarily submitted lead when the purpose is authorized, reasonably necessary, disclosed or consented to where required, legally permitted, and access-controlled. Belle will not describe linkable data as anonymous merely because names were removed. Re-identification is not authorized for unrelated sensitive profiling, unauthorized sale, unexpected marketing, or eligibility decisions.

Analytics, storage, and providers

First-party behavioral events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, full addresses, free-text form contents, payment data, passwords, or credentials. The lead form stores submitted lead information in Belle’s configured durable database.

At this policy’s effective date, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Places are not active. Email delivery and automated recurring follow-up are provider-gated and must not be described as active until their sender, consent, opt-out, scheduler, and delivery controls are verified. Future provider activation will be reflected in this policy or an applicable notice.

The website may use first-party browser storage for session and attribution continuity. Optional recording, heat-map, advertising, or map technologies will be activated only after an appropriate privacy review and required notice or consent.

Sharing

Belle may share information with the Belle entities, authorized personnel, service providers, hosting/database/security providers, email or messaging providers actually enabled for the workflow, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. Belle does not currently operate a feature intended to sell personal information. The legal treatment of provider disclosures depends on the provider, configuration, jurisdiction, and applicable law.

Retention

Belle’s current retention targets are: lead records up to 3 years after the last meaningful interaction; first-party analytics events up to 14 months; attribution records up to 24 months or the related lead-retention period when linked; consent and communication-suppression records for as long as reasonably needed to demonstrate consent and honor opt-outs, targeted at 6 years after the last communication; and processed follow-up queue records up to 90 days. Legal holds, accounting/service records, security investigations, and applicable law may require longer retention. Belle must implement and verify these deletion workflows before treating these targets as completed controls.

Security

Belle uses reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, security headers, content-security restrictions, validation, access controls, spam suppression, redacted analytics, and configuration-gated providers. No system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal information Belle holds about you, or request communication suppression. Contact [email protected]. Belle may verify identity and authority before responding. Requests will be handled under applicable law and available procedures.

Children

This Texas-focused website is not directed to children. Belle does not knowingly request children’s personal information in violation of applicable law.
